He loves Macs... plain and simple.  He has been using them since 1984 when the first one came out.  After a great Air Force career and some college, he began working with Macs in professional creative and technical environments.  Which gave him a unique niche in the industry.     

 

He attributes his success to keeping some key business ideals:  be personable, keep up-to-date with knowledge, have the right tools and experience and care about providing the best cost-effective solution
for his clients.

 

James honorably served 8 years in the U.S. Air Force specializing in Information Systems Administration in a Communications/Intel Unit that supported Air Force One and other dignitaries.  That experience provided his initial training in the field at a time when computer technology was in
its infancy.  He learned how to use the interface, program databases and perform desktop publishing like it was going out of style.   After an honorable discharge with commendations, he moved to Southwest Florida and attended both Edison College and the University of South Florida.  It didn't take him long to find a job using his creative and technical skills in both Tampa and Dallas.  After moving back to Southwest Florida in 2005, two new Apple Stores opened up and MacSavvy begins the journey. 

James is a certified member of the Apple Consultants Network since 2007.
